Definitions, restrictions, the fine print:

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Guaranteed delivery or your money back on the shipping! This is one or two day transit time service. Processing times still apply. For shipments mailed December 22 through December 25th, the money-back guarantee applies only if the shipment was not delivered or delivery was not attempted with 2 business days.

PROCESSING TIME: the time it takes for me to make your scarf; the number of days before it ships. I generally need 2-4 days to make your order.

TRANSIT TIME: the number of days after the scarf ships before it arrives. This varies on the delivery zone. First Class and Priority are not guaranteed. Generally First class arrives in 2-4 days and Priority arrives in 2-3 days. This is an estimate only! During the Christmas season, please allow twice that time to be on the safe side!
